    Ingredients:
    1 lb fresh/frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 cup cubed, cooked chicken
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 cup soy milk
    1 tbsp melted oil
    2 tbsp dry bread crumbs

    Method:
    In a 9 inch plate or shallow casserole dish. arrange broccoli, top with chicken.
    Combine soup and soy milk. pour over chicken. Combine oil and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over.
    Bake in 450f degree over for 15 minutes or until hot

    Ingredients:
    10 whole chicken breasts
    split, boned and skinned
    salt and pepper
    2 cup bubbly white wine
    50 each unpeeled cloves fresh garlic, and 2 full garlic heads

    Method:
    Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 12 x 16 or 18 inches. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour wine over. Place garlic cloves around and between chicken pieces. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350
    degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken to large serving platter and place garlic around chicken.
    Squeeze garlic out of its skin and eat!

    Ingredients:
    4 chicken breasts – skinned
    3 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Vegetable oil
    3 Cloves garlic — minced
    5 tbsp Soy sauce (low salt)
    1 1/2 tbsp White-wine vinegar
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/4 c Water
    6 Green onions
    1/8 tsp Cayenne or to taste

    Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Lightly toss with cornstarch in bag to coat.Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    Add green onions and cayenne; cook uncovered about 2 minutes longer.
