3 cups fresh spinach
½ cup chopped green onion
1 pear sliced
10 ounces mandarin oranges
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
½ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 shallot, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup raspberry jam
