    Ingredients:
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetables, thawed
    ½ cup edamame shelled soybeans
    ¼ cup chopped green onion
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
    ¾ cup light mayonnaise
    2 T. sugar
    1 T. vinegar

    Method:
    Combine all ingredients.  Chill and serve.  Makes 10 servings.

    Serves: 4-6
    Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into eighths
    1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
    paprika, pepper, crushed garlic, cinnamon and ginger (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
    bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds

    Method:
    Mix the mayonnaise with all the spices. Brush each piece of chicken with the mayo and then roll in the bread crumbs with sesame seeds. Place in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at moderate heat.
