    Ingredients:
    3 cups broccoli florets, cut into ½-inch pieces
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 ½ cups (1/2 medium) red onion, peeled and cut into ¼-inch slices
    6 tablespoons soybean oil, divided (vegetable oil)
    ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
    ½ teaspoon salt, divided
    3 cups cooked couscous
    2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    Method:
    Toss broccoli, red pepper and onions with 2 tablespoons soybean oil and ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.  Place on foil-lined baking sheet.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes until veggies are tender and lightly browned.

    Meanwhile, cook couscous according to package directions.  Place cooked couscous and roasted vegetables in large bowl.  Pour vinegar and remaining soybean oil over salad and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper; toss lightly until combined.  Serve warm or chilled.

    Ingredients:

    Chicken Breast cut into small cubes.
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 yellow onion diced
    1 clove of garlic diced
    1 small red pepper diced
    1 small orange pepper diced
    1 small yellow pepper diced
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    garlic
    oregano
    sugar
    regular or vegetable pasta

    Method:

    1. Fry up the onion and garlic. Once golden, add the diced peppers.
    2. Once those are tender add the chicken pieces. Cook until no longer pink.
    3. Add the tomato sauce, spices and sugar.
    4. Combine and cook through.
    5. Serve with the prepared pasta.

    Ingredients:
    1 cup chopped Mixed Boiled Vegetables (French Beans, carrots, cauliflower, Green peas)
    2 chopped Onions
    4 tblsp chopped Capsicum/Pepper
    1 chopped Tomatoes
    ?½ – 1 tsp Chili Powder
    A pinch Garam Masala
    2 tblsp chopped Coriander
    4 tblsp grated Paneer
    1-1/2 cup tomato gravy
    4 teaspoons oil
    Salt to taste

    Method:
    Heat the oil and fry the onions for 2½ minute.
    Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes.
    Add the vegetables, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander and salt and cook for a few minutes.
    Spread the tomato gravy on top and sprinkle a little grated paneer over it.
    Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
