    Ingredients:
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    3 cups fresh strawberries
    1 Tblsp.  lemon juice

    Method:
    1. Make a syrup out of the water and sugar by boiling them together for 7 minutes. Allow it cool abit.
    2. Blend the strawberries
    3. Add the lemon juice to the strawberries,stir
    4. Mix the syrup and the blended fruit together
    5. Freeze. Stir it up when it reaches the slushy stage
