I am trying out many desserts these days , and trying to understand what makes people tick when it comes to desserts.
I would love to hear what your favorite dessert, about yourself and (of course) a good recipe is always welcome!
So – Whats your favorite dessert?

My favorite is Our #1 Favorite Chocolate Cake–it’s on my site, it’s flourless, it’s foolproof…and it’s irresistible.

Man oh man…what a loaded question. My favourite dessert is the one that’s in front of me at any particular moment – how sad am I. I don’t think there’s a take it or leave it with desserts – either you’re a dessert person or you’re not .. but what do I know… now pass me a cookie

This is a tough question to answer… it may have to be a multi-part answer.
In no particular order:
1. Molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
2. A good chewy chocolate chip cookie
3. Cakey brownies
It seems there is a chocolate theme…

I’m not much of a dessert fan, but do love simple stuff like fresh strawberries and softly whipped cream, rice pudding, steamed puddings, asian glutinous rice cakes…

I never used to like desserts because they didn’t like me. Now that I am baking gluten-free (and working towards vegan) cookies are my current passion – with lots of raisins. And I am trying to develop a gluten-free recipe for Marranitos (Mexican Pig-Shaped Cookies); kind of crazy. I love your international approach!
