Bacon Egg and Cheeseburger

Try this delicious burger. Best served with fresh beef, bacon, and eggs. Try your local farmers market.


  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef (makes 3-4 burgers)
  • 4 pieces of Bacon
  • 4 Slices of Cheese
  • Brioche Buns
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Onion
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


  1. Mix together the Ground Beef and spices with your hands in a bowl
  2. Form 3-4 patties and set them on a plate
  3. Cover all patties with a thin layer of olive oil, and sprinkle a tiny bit of salt and pepper on each side
  4. Preheat a pan on the stove on medium-high heat
  5. Cook the burgers 1 at a time for 4 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the second side.
  6. While the burgers are resting, place a slice of cheese on them, then fry up the bacon
  7. Once the bacon is done, proceed to fry up the eggs. I prefer over medium but you do you
  8. After all this, place the egg on the cheese and the bacon on the egg and put it all on the bun
